Through the Nova Poshta branch in case there is no UKRAINIAN MILITARY store in your city using the EASY RETURN service *returns via NP apply only to online orders How to return goods purchased on the UKRAINIAN MILITARY website or mobile application through the store:
1. Fill out and sign the "Application for the return of goods" (this document is included in the order). Please note that when filling out an application for the return of an online order, you must indicate the number of the bank card from which you paid for this order. If you have not filled out the application in advance, you can get an application form in the store and fill it out on the spot.
2. Return the goods in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and labels intact. Please note that you can return both the entire order and any number of items from it (for example, only one) through the store. To do this, you must indicate in the return application which product is being returned (its name, article, price).
3. After the return of the online order, the funds will be credited to the bank card from which the online order was paid (no refund for delivery) within 5-7 days. How to return goods purchased on the website of UKRAINIAN MILITARY or in the mobile application by Nova Poshta:
1. Fill out and sign the "Application for the return of goods" (this document is included in the order).
2. Pack the GOODS in the original packaging in full (the goods supplied in the kit must also be returned), put in the packaging on top of the goods: Return Application and Return Invoice (this document is also included in the order).
If there is no Returns Invoice in the box with the GOODS, send it without this document.
3. Send the goods by courier service.
4. Refunds are made within 30 days from the date of application (no refund for delivery). * When filling out the "Application for the return of goods", we ask you to check the accuracy of the data you provide (full name, phone number, address, passport details, card number). Otherwise, it may complicate the refund procedure and increase the time for its implementation. ⟩⟩

The estimated value of the goods is equal to the value of the returned goods IMPORTANT! If you are returning several different orders, you need to issue a separate waybill for each return. If you are returning several items from the same order, you must return these items with one waybill, indicating the required number of places.
Returns of goods from partner sellers are handled differently.
Even if you received the goods at a Ukrposhta branch, you need to send the return via Nova Poshta or one of the stores in our network. The return procedure may be delayed indefinitely if you send the return to any address other than the Return Address or if the Return Form is not filled out correctly. If the goods were paid for in a retail store using the PrivatBank Payment by installments service, the return can be made only in the store where the goods were paid for. Refunds for shipping costs are made only if you receive a defective product. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns in such cases: - More than 14 days have passed since the date of receipt of the goods - In the absence of a completed "Return of goods application" - In case of incomplete return: absence of the packaging in which the goods were delivered, labels, labels, etc. - If the goods were in use We are sorry, but we cannot issue a return for: jewelry made of precious metals;. The entire list of goods that are not subject to return is defined by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994.Replacement of defective goods If the goods were purchased through the website of UKRAINIAN MILITARY or in the mobile application with a defect or the defect was discovered during operation, the goods can be returned in the following ways: 1. Return the goods through the retail store where you purchased our watch. Important! You can contact any retail store that is our dealer (with a receipt and the goods).
1.1. In case of detection of defects during the established warranty period, the consumer, in the manner and within the time limits established by law, has the right to: - proportionate reduction of the price; - free elimination of defects in the goods within a reasonable time; - reimbursement of the costs of eliminating defects in the goods.
1.2. In case of detection of significant defects during the established warranty period: - terminate the agreement and return the amount of money paid for the goods; - demand replacement of the goods with the same goods or with similar goods from among those available to the seller (manufacturer). The responsible person of the store will be able to assess the defect of the goods and decide on the possibility of return.
